Delivery Information
We'll ship your order upon processing. Most in-stock items are shipped within 2 business days. Truck freight or special order items require additional shipping lead time for delivery.

  • Standard Delivery: All orders are shipped via ground service except where otherwise noted. Orders can not be shipped to a PO Box. Our shipping chart refers to standard ground shipping only. Call 1-800-555-3353 or 1-330-482-4924 for shipping information on all items sent to Alaska, Hawaii, international addresses and truck freight items. Due to UPS regulations, oversized packages may require extra shipping costs.

  • Express Delivery: We guarantee all express orders placed before 12:00pm EST (for in-stock items) will be shipped the same day! Express shipping is available at an additional cost. At this time express shipping is not available online. Please call 1-800-555-3353 for express shipping costs.

  • Truck Delivery: Larger items will be shipped via truck freight. Truck freight is tailgate only; customer must have someone available to assist with unloading.

  • International Delivery: For international shipments, please view our International Orders page. Or please call 1-800-555-3353 or 1-330-482-4924 for shipping charges. All duty and value
    added taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

  • APO/FPO, AK, HI, PR: Please call 1-800-555-3353 for a shipping quote. Or simply place your order online and one of our sales associates will email you within the next business day with your shipping quote.

Backorders
If you have an item on your order that is on backorder, you may cancel that item at any time prior to shipment or choose to wait for the item. Please note the backorder dates are estimated information we receive from the manufacturer. These dates can and sometimes change multiple times before shipment is received. Backorders, if any, will not be billed until they become available and are shipped. There is no additional shipping charge on backorder shipments.

Damaged Shipments
Upon receipt of an obviously damaged package, you have the option of refusing delivery and the order will be returned to Four Wheel Drive Hardware. Or, you may receive the order and make note of the visible damage, in writing, to the carrier. If, upon inspection of the parts, you find them damaged due to the carriers handling, you then have 48 hours to file a formal claim with the carrier. DO NOT RETURN THE DAMAGED PARTS TO US. Keep the package and parts as close as possible to the condition in which you received them. Without the package, the carrier will void your claim. Claims for shortages due to carrier negligence must be made within five (5) working days of receipt of merchandise. Please notify our customer service department as to what has occurred so that we may assist you and answer any questions you may have on your claim.

Refused Shipments
Any customer who refuses delivery of an order (damaged shipment excluded) will be required to pay the additional return freight charges. These charges must be paid in full before any future orders will be shipped.
