Teraflex Suspension
Tera Manufacturing was started in the fall of 1996 to meet the needs of the
growing market for heavy duty off road equipment and suspension enhancements.
TeraFlex was the first manufacturer to introduce a Jeep® TJ Wrangler suspension
system onto the market. TeraFlex has been professionally involved with Jeeps
since the 1950’s and our experience has taught us how to make them perform their
best. Since the beginning of TeraFlex we have constantly added unique and
innovative products to make our line what it is today. Other suspension systems
also followed, and again we were the first to offer a suspension system for the
Jeep® WJ Grand Cherokee.
As a company we are known for our ability to take an existing
product and enhance its usefulness and performance for specific needs off-road
while retaining the drivability requirements that are necessary and essential
for highway use. Our products are engineered, tested and developed with you in
mind.
JK Lift Kits
The TeraFlex 3" Lift Kit with Shocks is perfect for running up to 35" tires
and provides your JK with the increased articulation needed for tackling
moderate trails. This 3" Kit includes 3" extended length coils, shocks, front
sway bar disconnects, and all necessary hardware. Fits JK Wrangler, Rubicon
& Unlimited.
TJ Lift Kits

Budget Boost
Lift raises vehicle 2.5". The Budget Boost will fit on the 2007 2 door JK
Wrangler, and 4 door JK Unlimited vehicles. The Budget Boost is designed to fit
35" tires.
Shackles
With the TeraFlex Revolver Shackles, you can reach levels of performance that
have never been possible with leaf spring suspensions alone. The shackles
enhance off-road ability while still allowing you to use your vehicle as a daily
driver.
Z-Box
The Z-Boxes reduce spring stress by working in combination with the Revolver
Shackles. Their opposing construction allows only one side to open at a time for
added stability. The Z-Boxes help maintain proper drive shaft angles when used
with the Revolver Shackles.
Coil Spacers
The Polyurethane spacer is intended to balance loads and compensate for winches
and heavy equipment. The lift can be 3/4" or 1-1/4" high, or 1-1/2" or 2" high,
depending on the inclusion or removal of the stock rubber spacer. Sold

Shocks
The TeraFlex VSS™ Gas Shock uses a twin tube design, and a special shock boot
protects the triple-chrome plated rod to ensure extended trouble-free operation.
Sway Bar System
The S/T Sway Bar System gives you all of the advantages of a sway bar
disconnect. Engaged, the bar allows for a stable highway drive. Disconnected,
your rig becomes an off-road animal that articulates and allows your tires to
bite despite the terrain. Unlike conventional sway bar disconnects, the S/T bar
does not require you to pull and pry and tug on removable links. Getting greasy
before and after the trail is a thing of the past. To disengage the sway bar
with the S/T system, simply twist a knob and you are on your way. To re-engage,
again rotate the knob and the sway bar will self engage when the vehicle is
level.
JK Front Bumper
TeraFlex RockGuard JK Bumpers are designed to offer the ultimate rock protection
while matching the design styling of the JK’s new body. The RockGuard Front
Bumper is designed with an integrated winch mount, and the RockGuard Rear
Bumper/Tire Carrier features a recessed spare tire well and an integrated spare
tire carrier that will carry up to a 37" spare tire and will swing away from the
bumper allowing easy access to the rear tailgate.

JK Rock Sliders
TeraFlex RockGuard Rock Sliders are constructed from extruded 6063-T5
aluminum, making them extremely strong and light weight at the same time. Over
1/4" thick in key areas to provide structure and strength, these Rock Sliders
will provide the ultimate in protection for your new JK body! Rubber beading is
included to prevent scuffing between the sliders and body. Drilling required.
Transfer Case Low Range Kit
Four Wheel Drive Hardware is proud to offer you Teraflex's transfer case low
range conversion kits. Lower gear ratios (higher numerically) are key to optimal
off-road performance. By reducing gear ratios, your vehicle is able to travel
slower, often referred to as crawling, to climb obstacles without having to rely
on a heavy dose of throttle. The gas pedal will often get you over the obstacle,
but it may also break parts in the process. Any four wheeler will tell you lower
gearing is a must for an off-road vehicle. Until now low gearing was only
achieved by switching ring and pinion ratios or by swapping transmission or
transfer cases. Low ring and pinions work great off-road, however highway
drivability usually suffers with higher engine rpm, creating accelerated engine
wear and decreased fuel economy. Complete transmission and transfer case swaps
do the trick too, but many such conversions can be extremely pricey with a long
list of required modifications.
Transfer Case Short Shaft Kit
This kit replaces the stock output shaft of the Dana 300 transfer case with a
heavy-duty output shaft. The new shaft is better suited for high-torque and
high-stress situations because it is thicker and stronger. It is great when
combined with the TeraLow kit #3002377 because of its additional strength. Note:
Kit is designed to be used on the Dana 300 transfer cases that originally had
the longer tail housing. Bolt pattern differences prevent this kit from working
with shorter tail housing design.
JK Driveshaft
These drive shafts from TeraFlex are specifically designed for the new JK
Wrangler & Unlimited, and they provide the necessary strength to stand up to
the rigors of off-roading! Drive shafts include high-quality u-joints and are
pre-balanced.
Disc Brake Conversion Kit
This kit is a quality, direct bolt-on upgrade to replace factory Jeep drum
brakes. This kit will provide improved braking capacity along with better
stopping in wet conditions. Also has strong emergency brake holding power, the
internal drum parking brake provides outstanding holding power when compared to
other disc brake conversions.
Dana 30 High Steer Kit
This kit provides improved handling opportunities for those with the 30 front
axle applications. Kit will replace the outer passenger steering knuckle with a
new custom manufactured high clearance steering knuckle. The steering arm
position is raised, which restores the drag link’s factory position and returns
ride quality to stock levels. The new high strength tie rod and drag link with
new tie rod ends will increase the long-term durability of your overall system
working in conjunction with the new knuckle. *Installation requires cutting off
the swaybar end link mounts and re-welding them in a different position for
tierod tube clearance.
